Shipping & Returns

Shippingcost
We only charge 3,- euro shippingcost for shipping within the netherlands and 7,50 euro within the EU. Shipping outside the EU will be charged 20,- euro.

Shipment
Your order will be sent within 1 business day after we received your payment. The transit time (the time you expect your order) depends on your destination and might take several business days. Shipping to Belgium ususally will take 2 business days.

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchased products, you can return them for cash or for cheque depending on the returned products:

• Refund for cash: only possible for products belong to new collection;
• Refund for cheque: applicable for products belong to previous collections.

Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original label attached within 8 days of delivery. You have to pay the return shipping costs except when the return is a result of our error. Just log in to your account and go to the Returns Center and we will guide you through the process step by step.

Products that are not returnable:

• product missing an original label
• product not return in condition it was received
• product that has obvious signs of use
• product in the Mega sales map.  If you doubt about the size, please don’t hesitate to send us an email for measuring the size.

Refund
You should expect to receive your refund for cash or cheque within 2 weeks after sending your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time (transit from outsite the netherlands might take several business days), the time it takes us to process your return (within 2 business days) once we receive it, and in case of refund for cash the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Of course, you can view the status of your returns through your account.

Please note that it might take a while before you receive a mail confirming the receipt of your return. Dut don't hesitate to send us a mail for any question/remark regarding your return. Besides, you can view the status of your returns by visiting the "Return Center".
